Scenario 1
My best friend is having a bad time at home. They have started drinking a lot. Usually they’re in such a state they end up sleeping with anyone that wants them. My friend says that it’s often unprotected sex, and they’re worried they might have a STI. What can I do?
	What are the risks of having unprotected sex?
	What could you do to help your friend?

Scenario 2
A group of friends have been in the park drinking on a Friday night, its late on and everyone is pretty drunk, one of the group has been sick and is passed out on the bench, someone says ‘come on its cold lets go see if my parents are out and we can drink their bevvy!’, that seems a good idea but no one can wake up the friend on the bench. ‘Ach, they’ll be fine come on let’s go!’ you’re not sure if it’s a good idea to leave them passed out and alone there...
	What are the risks?
	What could you do to help someone who has passed out from alcohol?
	Can you think of a good way this situation could be handled?

Scenario 3
You are with your friend at a party, they seem really upset; they tell you that their parents have split up and that they just want to get drunk and forget about it all. As the night goes on at the party they get more and more drunk, and more and more upset. They are very drunk and someone offers them some pills that they wouldn’t usually touch they say yes...what should you do?
	What are the risks for your friend here?
