Fast Forward responds to the changing needs of young people and the society we live in, by designing and delivering projects that enable young people to make healthy and informed choices. We want young people to achieve their full potential, lead fulfilling lives and contributing to their community.
Our projects work to support young people through engaging with them in learning activities in groups, in community and school settings. We also support organisations and practitioners who work with young people by providing training, upskilling, and resources.
We use peer education, group-work and drama methods to address and improve health and wellbeing.
Our work currently includes projects on problematic gambling, drug and alcohol misuse, work to address knife crime and smoking prevention with young people, and supporting dads to engage with their children in conversations on health and well-being.
Our projects cover a range of ages, from upper primary school through to young parents and adults.
